Teaching ESL in Thai Schools
This blog is a journaling of Tim and Meghan Mosbo’s trip to Thailand to teach ESL to Thai students. It begins with preparations in Chicago, moves to goodbyes with family in Minnesota, and hopefully, ends with a long list of amazing experiences in a far away place.
Meghan has worked as an excercise physiologist for the past four years at the University of Chicago Hospital and Swedish Covenant Hospital. She is currently working on preparations for PA (Physicians Assistant) school and will start applying this fall.
Tim has worked as the manager of the Covenant Bookstore, an online bookstore for the Covenant Church headquarters in Chicago for the past two years. He hopes to use his newly completed degree in Network/Communications Management when the couple is stateside once again.
Meghan and Tim have known each other since elementary school. Tim’s mom taught Meghan in elementary school, Tim and Meghan went to junior high and high school together and after several years of being REALLY close friends in the same town… they dated, long distance, for four years throughout college. They were married in October, 2006 and have had a blast ever since.
Tim and Meghan are packing up their stuff and moving to Thailand! This Blog is about the fun that is obtaining visas, finding flights and places to live and eventually, living and working in Thailand.

Love the picture from Korea. Yeah, you don’t look too bad, either of you. Glad to hear you’re feeling abit better, Meg. By now I assume you are in Phuket. Can’t wait to hear about further developments.
Thinking about a lot. love and prayers, dad
